Jerry Lynn Culp Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 27, 2025, at the age of 82, Jerry Lynn Culp of Portage, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Lynn Culp to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid adieu to Jerry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jerry has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Culp; his daughter Deborah McGowan; his mother Margaret Culp Schmidtendorff; his brother-in-law Kenny Purlee; and his parents-in-law, Roy and Marilynn Schreiner.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sisters, JoAnne Purlee of Burr Oak and Patti Anderson (Bert) of Sturgis; his brother-in-law Greg Schreiner (Rebecca); and his son-in-law Kevin McGowan of Portage. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Because of his love for animals a donation to a charity serving them would honor his memory well.
