He is survived by: his friend Jim; his son Jim; his wife Jean; his sons, Mark (Lea) and Paul; his grandchildren, John, Elaine and Keegan; his sister Nancy Fritz (Don); his nieces and nephews, Brad and Kelly; his son John (Kelsey Beine); Mary Memmer (Fred), Charlie Henige (Patty), Lou (Sue), Henige Joe Henige (Doris), Ruth Winchester (Dan), Florence Markiewicz (Mike), Andy Henige (Jane), Fred Henige (Bev), Francis, Henige Peter Henige, Arlene Wallace (Jay), Margaret Kelly and Marilyn Henige (John Kemp). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
