He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Guthrie and Christine Guthrie (Price); his cousin Tim; his children, Corporal Cody Mater, Jayden Guthrie and Adalene Guthrie; his sister Jessica Sparkman (John III); his niece Kelsey Sparkman; his nephew John Sparkman IV; and his grandparents, Jack Guthrie and Katherine Finch (Price). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
