Kenneth Allan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Allan (Portage, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C and Flora H; his former wife Marlene Rae Suhr (Mic) of Bertrand, NE; and his brother John F. Allan. He is survived by: his wife Janice Goertz Allan; his children, Andrew Allan (Mary Ellen), Stephanie Stamp (Timothy), Mary Cass and Matthew Allan (Sandra); and his stepchildren, Jackie Michels (John) and Brian Goertz (Judy). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Michael Lutheran Church (7211 Oakland Dr, Portage, MI 49024). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Contributions in Ken's memory may be made to St Michael Lutheran Church Good Samaritan Fund, St Michael Lutheran Church School, Kairos Dwelling, Kalamazoo, or Portage Community Outreach Center.
