He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Julie Matteson, Jeff Furtaw (Cori) and Eric Furtaw; his stepdaughters, Erin Butcher (Clint) and Molly Mastey (Brian); his grandchildren, Lance Matteson, Shannon Berent (Jake), Sarah Matteson, Alex Furtaw, Casey Furtaw, Joey Furtaw, Holly Furtaw, Kate Downs and Jack Downs; his brother Mike Furtaw (Linda); and his brother-in-law John Killey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
