She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gerald and Clara McCarthy; and her siblings, Donna Carey, Gerald McCarthy and Thomas McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Mark, Cindy Ambrose (Marty) and Joanie Duckworth (Tim); her grandchildren, Maggie Donovan (Sean), Liza, Greg (Anna Preuschl), Michael, Daniel (Maggie), Katie Melot (Chet), Erin, Nicholas (Brandi), Christina O'Donohue (Kian) and Andrew; her children, Angie Brannen (Mike), Crystal Brush (Damon) and Josh Duckworth (Rebecca); her brother George McCarthy (Ginny) of Greenwich, CT; her nieces, Maureen, Maggie and Sheila (Buddy Kelly); and her nephew Leo Carey. She is also survived by many other nieces, cousins, and friends.
