He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brand and Mary Brand (Schermerhorn); his former wife Marilyn Brand; his wife Elaine Brand; and his sister Mary Louise Kleckner.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Heather Brand, James Brand, Nicole Mitchell and Jeanette Benzie; his children, Kim Brand, Victoria Torok, Wayne Brand and Douglas Brand; and his siblings, Jacque "Jack" Brand, LaNita Campbell and Virginia Skulan. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
