“To all of us that had the opportunity to know Big Dick Erttz count yourself lucky. I consider myself in s class all to myself as I was his third employee at the Pizza Yen, first from Portage Northern, help open the snack bar at Sunset Lanes and somehow could never shake his outgoing friendship.. I would like to thank his wife and children for sharing him with me I considered Dick a friend and mentor. .I apologize for not being around for his last days as I was hospitalized myself.”
