He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Vining and Lura Vining (Baker); and his siblings, Eugene, Lawrence, Nancy and Judy.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Vining (Baylis); his daughters, Cynthia Vining, Pamela Ball (Jeffrey) and Kathy Gettig (Anthony); his grandchildren, Ryan Ball, Nicholas Ball (Emilie), Hannah Westra (Eric), Ashleigh Shokorzadeh Shokohi (Joshua), Elise Gettig, Bethany Smith (Ryan), Ty Gettig, Luke Gettig, Violet Gettig and Faye Gettig; his great grandchildren, Negi, Oliver, Izzy, Tidus, Azaniah, Boaz, Mabel, Michal and Nora; and his brother Royal Vining (Joy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Cross Community Church of the Nazarene in Portage, Michigan.
