He was predeceased by: his parent Sardarni Kartar Kaur Sandhu; and his sister Sardarni Kulwant Kaur Baath. He is survived by: his children, Kiranjit Kaur Randhawa (Gurcharan Singh), Davinder Kaur Gill (Manjit Singh), Bhagwant Singh Sandhu (Kiranjit Kaur) and Parshotam Singh Sandhu (Rosie Kaur); his sisters, Kashmir Kaur Sohi, Jasbir Kaur Dhillon and Rajwant Kaur Sidhu; his grandchildren, Jyoti Kaur Sandhu (Kawalpreet Singh), Sundeep Singh Randhawa (Parampreet Kaur), Amandeep Singh, Vikramjit Singh Gill, Maninderjit Singh Gill, Gagandeep Singh Sandhu, Harvin Singh Sandhu, Kiratpreet Kaur Goraya (Kultarpreet Singh) and Harmun Singh Sandhu; his great grandchildren, Zyra Kaur Randhawa, Lara Kaur Sandhu, Zaidendeep Singh Sandhu, Sher Singh Goraya and Yuvraj Singh Goraya; and his nephew Varinder Singh Dhillon.
