He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Mak and Gladys Mak (Walentowska); his nephew Richard Shane; and his niece Linda Slover. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mak (Kowalik); his children, Ted Mak (Debbi Quigley), Tony Mak (Lauri) and Diane Mak-Jordan; his grandchildren, Scott Mak, Alyson Jordan (Cole Maxa), McKenzie Mak (Patrick Tierney), Rachel Jordan (Cale Lyon) and Brandon Jordan; and his great grandchild Logan Maxa.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Centrica Care Navigators, VFW Post 1527, Red Arrow Post, or for a Mass in his memory.
