He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Kalmbach and Nicole Kalmbach (Hubbard); his sister Lilly Kalmbach; his grandparents, Doug, Linda Hubbard and Irene Kalmbach; his aunts, Laura Tatroe (Kevin) and Michelle Horn (Rob); his uncle Jason Kalmbach (Emily); his cousins, Kinley, Teagan, Ainsley Tatroe, Olivia and Reed Kalmbach; and his geckos, Captain Marvel and Sky.
