He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Beech and Walter Beech; and his sister Betsy. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Angela Hunt (Steve) and Heather Beech; his grandchildren, Allison Beech, Theodora Hunt, Declan Hunt, Liesl Hunt and Bennett Hunt; and his brothers, Michael Beech (Susan) and Timothy Beech (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Hope Church (845 Ionia Rd, Portland, MI 48875). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in Dan's honor.
