It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Eileen Reffitt of Portland, Michigan, who passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Yerks and Madeline Yerks; her husband Thomas Reffitt; her son Thomas Rex Reffitt Jr.; and her brother Eldred Yerks Jr..

She is survived by: her son Mark Reffitt (Becky); her grandchildren, Autumn Reffitt, Jack Reffitt and Noah Reffitt; her stepgrandchildren, Gavin Beckett, Liam Beckett and Ezra Beckett; and her siblings, Mary Brussow (Don), Beth Kelly (Dave), Beverly Strickrodt, Jim Yerks, Duane Yerks (Debbie) and Dan Yerks (Paula). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Flowers are welcome, but memorial contributions to the Hospice of Lansing are encouraged as well.
