He is survived by: his children, Doug Kramer (Lynne), Fred Kramer (Jude), Sue Bosworth (Stacey), Kathy Kramer (Sharon Breton), Jean Shattuck (Jon), Ken Kramer (Kim), Karen Trierweiler (Tony) and Mary Cook (Ken); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kevin, Krysta, Zachary, Jacob, Morgan, Mallory, Mariah, Jennifer, Anna, Daniel, Nick, Kellie, Clara, Brandon, Patrick, Travis, Kasey, Tyler, Kenzie, Logan, Leah and Shane; and his brother Dave Kramer (Judy).
