He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Platte; his brother Bruce; and his wife Tricia. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Platte (Sally); and his siblings, Jody Martin (Stan), Karen Fife, Lori Kelly (Forest), Craig Platte and Tim Platte (Christina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lehman Funeral Homes (210 E Bridge St, Portland, MI 48875). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
