We bid farewell to Marie M. Cook of Portland, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 27, 2025 at the age of 91. Marie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Theis and Leona Theis (Platte); her husband William J. Cook; her daughter-in-law Michele Cook; her siblings, Germaine Miller (Gerald), Geraldine Nurenberg (Denis) and Donald Theis; and her siblings-in-law, Revella Lawless (Marvin), Lorraine Pohl (Tony), Marie Harvey (William), Joan Huhn, Julius Cook (Marjorie) and Norman Cook (Blanche).
She is survived by: her brother Leon Theis (Mary); her children, Keith Cook (Kathy), Carol Kramer (Dale), Bruce Cook (Khristie), Judy Kransz, Dale Cook (Mary), Lisa Barrone (Andrew), Ken Cook (Mary), Diane Hafner (Tim), William Cook and Joe Cook (Lindsey); and her in-laws, Wilma Trierweiler (Francis) and Carl Huhn. She is also survived by grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
