He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Buckland and Mildred Buckland (Jensen). He is survived by : his wife Joyce Buckland; his children, Richard "Scott" Buckland (Robin), Brian Buckland, Jeff Buckland, Rebecca Bach (Karl), Matt Buckland (Neille), Ken Buckland (Jodi), Mark Buckland (Angela) and Brenda Gosselin (Mike); his siblings, Gayla Moras, Bill Buckland (Eileen) and Barbara Julien; and his close friends, Bob and Barb Ingraham. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Red Mill (349 N Water St, Portland, MI 48875).
