She was predeceased by: her parents, Marland Lanning and Anna Lanning; her son Christopher Koon; and her brothers, Orville Lanning and Melvin Lanning.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Gillis; her sons, Chad Koon (LeeAnne), Curt Koon (Jacquie), Denny Gillis (Deb) and Kelle Gillis; her brother Lavern "Vern" Lanning (Lenora); and her grandchildren, Olivia, Jessica, David and Emily. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, extended family, and many dear friends.
