She is survived by: her mother Barbara Lewis; her husband Robert "Bob" West; her siblings, Susan Spitzley (Delbert), Stephanie Leipprandt (Keith), Sheryl Spitzley (Mark), Scott Lewis (Monica), Stuart Lewis (Noelle) and Stephan Lewis (Tina); and her in-laws, Mary Lewis (John) and James West (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
