He was predeceased by: his parents, Faith Humphreys (Sutliff) and Basil Humphreys Jr.; his wife Beverly Humphreys; his brother Basil "Ricky" Eric Humphreys; his stepdaughters, Lori Hanft and Dinnie Ross; his nieces, Erica Ewing and Leah Whitney; his nephew Johnathon Humphreys; and his sister-in-law Diane Humphreys.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Huhn, Rebecca Whitney, Daniel Humphreys and Joel Humphreys; and his stepson Bill Hanft. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
