He is survived by: his wife Susan Jaynes; his daughters, Michelle Philo and Katie Boult (Jeff); his grandchildren, David Philo, Jessica Philo, Elizabeth Philo, Kylee Boult and Bastien Boult; his mother Judy Witwer; and his sisters, Deborah Cook (Jeff) and Teresa Mendez (Alex). He is also survived by his family, friends.
