He is survived by: his children, Hailey Miller (Trevor), Damian Miller, Rayne Crawford and Shane Crawford; his brothers, Jeremy Miller and Jeffrey Miller; the mother of his children Teagan Hensley; his grandchildren, Octavia Banny, Kylie Banny, Lucas Banny, Natalie Kendra and Joel Kendra; and his nieces and nephews, Carly Miller and Kaius Dowd.
