She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mary Belonga (Smith); her children, Samantha Schlagel, Aubrey Belonga and Samuel Schlagel (Amanda); her grandchildren, Spud, Timmy, Roger and Toot; her stepmother Donna Belonga; her siblings, Sherry Dixon, Roxanne Burwell, Tonya Brady, Fred Johnroe and Ted Johnroe; her daughter-in-law Steffanie Schlagel; her father Ernest Aubrey Belonga; her stepfather Walter Davis; and her sister Renee Johnroe.
Memorial contributions in memory of Shirley are asked to be directed to the Ogemaw County Humane Society.
