He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Knoll and Alice Knoll (VanDam); and his brother David Knoll. He is survived by: his son Timothy Knoll of Aurora, CO; and his siblings, Bradley Knoll of Grand Haven, MI and Marlene Morgan of St. Louis, MO.
