He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Stehlik and Roberta Stehlik (Porubsky); and his grandparents, Rudolph, Helen Porubsky, Joseph Stehlik, Rose and John Fabus.
He is survived by : his siblings, Lisa Chapko (John) of Elsie, Timothy Stehlik (Lisa) of Crossville and Christopher Stehlik (HyDee) of Elsie; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Ryan, Savannah, Brianna, Hunter, Drew, Tucker, Cannon and Shyler; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominic, Ariana, Payton, Rosie, Talan, Esmay and Lucy; and his grandson Brian.
