She was predeceased by : her parents, Patricia Brandt and Lloyd Hamilton; and her parents-in-law, Palmer and Maggie Van-Y. She is survived by : her husband Richard L. Van Y; her children, Amy Grundas (John) of Wheeler, Jeffrey Van (Shannon), Karri Slater (Len) of Prudenville and Jeremy Van-Y of Prudenville; her grandchildren, Maggee, Richard, Brittney, Matthew, Karah, Jeffrey, Patrick, Jayden and Abbe; and her brother Edward Lang (Rose).
