We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2023, at the age of 98, Richard J. Shoemaker of Prudenville, Michigan, born in Alma, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Shoemaker and Amanda Shoemaker (Porter); his wife Beverly Shoemaker; and his son Dr. Rodney Shoemaker. He is survived by : his son Michael Shoemaker (Linda) of Lake Ann; his grandchildren, Peter Shoemaker, Joseph Shoemaker and Amy Northway (Tom); and his great grandchild Josey Swank.
