We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2022, at the age of 76, Barbara S. Frank of Quincy, Michigan, born in Beloit, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Adkins and Wilma N. Adkins (McGilvra); and her siblings, Bruce Fowler, Marlene Bellard and Lynn Rzenkowski.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Frank (Annette) of Quincy and Glenn Frank (Gita Khatri) of Berkley, MI; and her sisters, Karla Morgan (Dan) of Fond, Shirley Eifrid, Amy Fee and Marie Hickerson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
