He is survived by: his wife Deana (Thomas); his children, Jessica Clark (Eric) of Union City and Curtis Stephens II of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his sister Cheryl Blair (Steven) of Coldwater; his grandchildren, Catie Hanson (Kalob), Jarid Clark, Loryn Clark, Malia Clark and Kalvin Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Thomas and DeLinda Sprow (Rob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
