He is survived by: his wife Brenda Blair; his children, Summer Culbertson, Levi Blair (Arica), Dusty Blair, Jessica Kremsreiter (Mike) and Jason Dickerson; and his grandchildren, Caden, Ambriah, Brooktynn, Jacob, Lexie, Leah, Lucy and Logan.
