She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyde Lane and Irene Lane (Virts); her son James Raymond Long; her grandson Kenneth Martin Craft III; her great grandchild Rachelle Barker; her siblings, Evelyn Sullivan and Bruce Lane; and her son-in-law Ivan "Bud" Strauss.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Long (Teresa) of Coldwater, Patti Long Craft of Bonita Springs and Jeanette Long Strauss of Quincy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
