He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Cochrane and Cherie Cochrane (Boyd); his wife Shoko Higa; his children, Natalie, Anna, Ray, Chris Cochrane and Stephanie Swaney; and his grandchildren, Alora, Fitzgerald, Analiya, Mary, Blair (family: Cherie, Cochrane, Chantal, James Paxton), Monique, Andra, Zachary and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Quincy American Legion or Quincy American Legion Women's Auxiliary.
