He is survived by: his wife Janice Kubiac; his daughters, Jennifer Poling (Andrew) and Angela Miller (Jeff); his brother Robert Kubiac (Abigail); his grandchildren, Zach Miller, Brandon Miller, Ashley Miller, Justin Miller, Austin Poling (Emily), Allison Poling and Samantha Poling; and his great grandchildren, Nathan and Morgan Poling.
