He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Peterson and Eleanor Peterson (Bjornson); his wife Yvonne Poquette of Mary's Catholic Church; his brother Dennis Peterson (Beth); his brothers-in-law, Alfred Poquette (Rita), Bernard Poquette, Lester Poquette, Loren Poquette and Gerald Cappaert; and his nephew Jeffrey Poquette.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Peterson (Annette), Darren Peterson (Michele), Jacqualine Kaminski (Gregg), Ben Peterson (Mollie) and Jesse Peterson (Ginny Schewe); his sister Luanne Peterson (Gary Ebrecht); his cousin Michael "Micky" Dapoz (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Dombrowski (Dick), Gail Cater (Jim), Yvonne Poquette, Harriet Poquette and Beverly Poquette. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
