She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Madden and Ellen Madden (Otway); her husband Jerry B. O'Boyle; her son Dennis; and her siblings, Raymond, Joseph, Arthur, Dorothy and Ellen Jane.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Susan), David, Thomas (Mary Ann), Gary and Jeff. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
