He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John "Jack" Mathys and Vivian Mathys (Boyere); his siblings, Vicky Vandenbush (Larry), Linda Heinz (Dallas), Terry Linssen, Kathy Vandevelden (Dick) and Jim Mathys (Kris); and his wife Sue Mathys (Lahaie). He was also cherished by many family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted by the family to support two non-profit organizations: Take Em' Outdoors of Green Bay and Lakestate Industries of Delta County, as Dad would have wanted.
