He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Nowicki (Todd) of Battle Creek and Troy Michela of Reading; his brother Terry Carpenter (Cheryl Hutchins) of Fremont, IN; and his granddaughters, Alyssa Dunn (Will), Rianna Nowicki and Skyler Michela.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reading Chapel (403 S Main St, Reading, MI 49274). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Hillsdale County.
