He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Bud" Baumgardner and Geraldine Baumgardner (Raschke); his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law William J. Miller; and his nephew Justin D. Miller.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn O'Brien (Norman), Cindy Miller (Cindy), Alan (Patricia) and Janice Maier. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces.
