He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sulek and Violet Sulek (Raickovich); and his siblings, Michael and Mary Joan "Butchie" (late Paul Sturr Sr.). He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Sulek and Julie Hughes (Joseph); his siblings, John David "Dave" Sulek (Mary Ann), Joseph Sulek (Beverly) and Patricia "Patty" Sulek Holstein (late Charles Holstein); and his granddaughters, Madison and Kylie Hughes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
