With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ramona Colette Shaifer (Redford, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2026 at the age of 67. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lorenzo Williams and Denise Williams (Harvey); her significant other Michael Shaifer; her children, Aziza, Monique, Michelle (Mario), Ranise (Anthony), Michael Shaifer (Asia), Denzel Shaifer and Chavonne; her grandchildren, Laron, Mario Jr., Angel, Morgan, Raylan, Immanuel, Olivia, Ella, Cameron, Luka, Noah, Michael II, Cloud and Fable; and her brothers, Lorenzo Williams Jr. (Paulette) and Aaron Williams.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charles R. Step Funeral Home (18425 Beech Daly, Redford Charter Twp, MI 48240). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
