He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Pulsipher and Cora Harris; his wife Patricia; his daughter Laurie Johnson; and his son-in-law Lee Burke.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Haider (Ron), Darwin Carroll (Carla), Sue Frutchey (Mark) and Tom Carroll (Deb); and his son-in-law Richard Johnson.
