She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Dolley and Lenora Dolley; her former husband Clifford Cook; her husband Norman Martz (John); her son Daniel; her stepson Lynn Cook; and her siblings, Shirley Latin and Louis.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Cook (Sarah) and Diane Cook; her nieces, Karen Kienitz and Linda Latin; and her nephew Tom Latin. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
