He is survived by: his children, Kristine Boyer (Sarah), Alice Domine, Michele Hochhuth (Dirk) and David Dickinson (Kim); and his grandchildren, Katherine, Olivia, Collin, Eliza, Adam, Megan, William, Rebecca, Sabrina and Anja. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
