He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gerber and Marie Gerber (Morlock). He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Friend; his sister Ardie Jones (Jim); his children, Kelly Dekker of Zeeland and Mark Gerber (Teri) of Canadian Lakes; his grandchildren, Kate Allison (Paul), Jacob Gerber and Maddie Dotson (Wyatt); his great grandchild Oliver; and his siblings, Marian Dykstra, Russell, Raymond and Marvin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
