He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Thomas and Darlene Kay Waldie (Wirth); and his nephew Dominic Franko. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua and Conrad Waldie; his sisters, Jody Franko (Timothy) and Natali VanWormer (Troy); his nephews, Auston VanWormer and Drew Franko; his great-niece Alexis Franko; his caregiver Dana Hultz; and his cousin Brian Waldie. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles.
