He is survived by: his children, Brett Appelgreen and Holly Olson (Kevin); his stepchildren, Clyde "Chip" Whaley IV (Laura) and Dale Whaley (Tammy); his grandchildren, Natalie, Sydney Olson, Jared, Bryson and Brayden Whaley; and his sister Luanne Gugisburg (Jamie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
