She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Breecher and Barbara Breecher (Stevens); her husband Michael Williams; her son Fred Neely, Jr.; her sister Dawn Perryman; and her close friend Katie Neisler.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Neely (Adriana) of Grand Rapids, Theodore Williams (Jules) of Remus and Sarah Williams; her brothers, Robert Breecher (Doris) of Burt and Mike Breecher of Burt; her son-in-law Austin (Bersano); and her friends, Robert Holtz and Sabrina Nicole. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service (114 S Bradley St, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
