He was predeceased by: his sister Paige Elizabeth Mazurek; and his grandparents, Albert Thomas Jarvis, Dorothy Jeane Jarvis, John Henry Mazurek and Helen Lucille Mazurek.
He is survived by: his parents, John Nolan Mazurek and Donna Jeane Mazurek (Jarvis); his son Jon Wayne Mazurek (Brittany Myers); his girlfriend Brittany Myers; his siblings, Morgan Mazurek (Dave), Mullins, Brittany Hicks (Roger) and Jenna Weatherly (Ed); his grandparents, Sandra and Tom Linn; and his siblings' children, Gabby Mullins, Adelle, Alaina, Skylar, Starlar Hicks, Brinley Weatherly, Killian Edwards, Summer and Jaxon Coffman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Janowicz Family Funeral Home (469 W Wheatland Ave, Remus, MI 49340). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (8929 50th Ave, Remus, MI 49340).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to assist in setting up a college fund for Jon's son, Jon Wayne.
