He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Harold and Margaret J. VanKuiken (Pattok). He is survived by: his children, Theodore VanKuiken (Krista) of Saranac, Resa Hofmann (Timothy) of Florida, Abbey Raymond (Cody) of Sanford and Owen VanKuiken of Sanford; his grandchildren, Harrison, Alana, Sawyer, Theodore Jr., Andrew and Ainsley; his siblings, Larry VanKuiken (Deborah) of Fremont, Raymond Nelson (Todd) of Alabama and Mary Beth Bradford (Michael) of Spring Lake; and his stepmother Marilyn.
